Team Building and Development

We work with a range of teams to help them re-set and build the foundations for success.   We listen to teams who are struggling and help them navigate the things that are getting in the way of them working nicely together.  We call this 'Team Re-setting' and it's something we specialise in. We also design team planning and away days.

    Manage Tricky People Issues

    • Performance Issues.  The employee who isn't performing to standard.  We will help you manage the employee and guide you through the process to follow.  We'll either stand alongside you through meetings, or coach and upskill you to manage them, through to dismissal if necessary.  We can even provide performance behavioural coaching, using internationally tested tools, to help your employee to turn things around.
    • Investigations.  We have significant  experience of investigating disciplinary and bullying/harassment allegations.  We'll investigate the issue for you and provide recommendations on how to deal with the issue.
    • Teams or people not getting on?  We'll work with you to identify the issues at the heart of the problem and then design and implement strategies to resolve them.  Solutions  can include conflict mediation, Team Building and one-to-one coaching.

    We provide training and coaching to upskill  leaders at every level  in core people and leadership skills, including developing their understanding and application of proper process when dealing with employment issues.
