Denise’s training initiated some important conversations around our work culture. Increasing manager capability is one of our goals in preventing bullying and harassment, and Denise skilfully engaged with over 70 leaders across the Council.
The training was comprehensive and has helped leaders become more equipped to identify issues, step in early to resolve these, and understand their capacity as safe First Responders. We truly value the contributions Denise has made.
